Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 22 August 2026 · Fair terms for personalised numerology services

Scope

This policy applies to personalised numerology readings and related services purchased from Destiny Code. These are services, not physical goods, so there is no item to ship or return. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or other applicable law.

Orders and EFT Payment

Placing an order creates a booking request. A booking is secured only after the correct EFT payment is received and matched using the Destiny Code order reference. Please email proof of payment when requested. Bank processing times may delay confirmation.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

You may request cancellation by emailing admin@destinycode.co.za with your order number and payment reference. If Destiny Code has not begun preparing the personalised reading, we will ordinarily approve a full refund, less only unavoidable transaction costs where lawful. Any statutory cooling-off or cancellation right that applies to your transaction remains available for its prescribed period.

Cancellation After Work Starts

Because each reading is prepared using information supplied for a specific client, cancellation after preparation has started may be subject to a reasonable charge reflecting work already completed and costs incurred. We will explain any deduction. Once a personalised reading has been substantially completed or delivered, a change-of-mind refund may not be available to the extent permitted by law.

Appointments and Rescheduling

If an appointment time has been agreed, please request a change at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule once without charge. Late cancellation, repeated rescheduling or failure to attend may result in a reasonable cancellation charge, taking account of the notice given and work already performed.

Errors, Quality Concerns and Service Failure

If we supplied the wrong reading, omitted a material agreed component, or the service was not performed with the quality a person is generally entitled to expect, notify us within seven days of delivery. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct or re-perform the service within a reasonable time. If that remedy is not reasonable or does not resolve the issue, an appropriate partial or full refund will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

Information Supplied by You

Readings depend on the accuracy of the birth and booking information you provide. Destiny Code is not responsible for an inaccurate result caused by incorrect or incomplete information, but please contact us promptly if you discover an input error. Where preparation has not progressed materially, we will try to correct it without additional charge.

Delays or Cancellation by Destiny Code

If Destiny Code cannot provide the purchased service, you may choose a reasonable rescheduled date or a full refund of the affected service. We will communicate material delays as soon as reasonably possible.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are made by EFT to a verified South African bank account nominated by the person who made payment. We may request reasonable proof of identity, payment and account ownership to prevent fraud. We aim to process an approved refund within 7 to 10 business days, although bank clearing times are outside our control.

How to Request Help

Email admin@destinycode.co.za with your full name, order number, payment reference, reason for the request and any supporting information. We will acknowledge and assess the request fairly, considering the service stage, notice given and applicable consumer law.

Numerology Disclaimer

Numerology readings are interpretive guidance for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, investment or financial advice and do not guarantee a particular result. Dissatisfaction based only on disagreement with an interpretation does not automatically establish that the service was defective, but statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
